We are currently booking projects 3-4 weeks in advance. If you’re interested in working with us, I recommend that you start the booking process as soon as possible.
Each website build is completed by any one of our expert WordPress designers as well as a project manager. You will be able to communicate with both.
You can start the booking process on our website by providing basic information about your project. Be aware that we are currently booking 3-4 weeks ahead.
We require upfront payment for each design stage before commencing any project. In a way, this can be considered ‘payment plans’ but in reality, it’s simply ‘staged payments.’ The project commences once 50% of the project has been paid upfront, with the remaining 50% of the project paid before work resumes and the project is completed. (The Client Agreement outlines the number of revisions allowed per stage and any changes outside the scope of the agreement will require additional allotments before advancing on to subsequent stages.)
Exceptions to the payment schedule can be made for larger projects.
The business is based in Edmonton, AB. Our trusted design and development partners are located in Canada and overseas. The different time zones are conducive to completing projects in a timely manner.

- Monthly website hosting
- Monthly email hosting (all cloud-based websites require a separate email server, which we set up for you)
- Whatever web traffic usage your website incurs (potentially affects hosting plan + integrations like Google Maps)
- Optionally, but highly recommended, is an annual security plan for your website (think, home insurance)
