We are currently booking projects 3-4 weeks in advance. If you’re interested in working with us, I recommend that you start the booking process as soon as possible.

Each website build is completed by any one of our expert WordPress designers as well as a project manager. You will be able to communicate with both.

We strive to complete a website build as soon as possible (so we can begin work on the next project). A lot depends on how soon a client is able to provide content and make themselves available to proof regular updates. In most cases, your website can be completed within 2-3 weeks.
We rely on our clients to provide content, as well as be available to proof various design stages in a timely manner. We facilitate this two-way process with our project management software, frow which you can easily provide live feedback on the working site and are able to drag content directly into the workspace. You’ll also communicate directly with your designer from there.

You can start the booking process on our website by providing basic information about your project. Be aware that we are currently booking 3-4 weeks ahead.

Pricing varies greatly from project to project, depending on the level of functionality required and the amount of content provided. For a basic CRM package, you’re looking in the $3-5k range (not including content development), depending on the features you need to incorporate. We probably aren’t the right partners for any project with less than a $3k budget.

We require upfront payment for each design stage before commencing any project. In a way, this can be considered ‘payment plans’ but in reality, it’s simply ‘staged payments.’ The project commences once 50% of the project has been paid upfront, with the remaining 50% of the project paid before work resumes and the project is completed. (The Client Agreement outlines the number of revisions allowed per stage and any changes outside the scope of the agreement will require additional allotments before advancing on to subsequent stages.)

Exceptions to the payment schedule can be made for larger projects.

The business is based in Edmonton, AB. Our trusted design and development partners are located in Canada and overseas. The different time zones are conducive to completing projects in a timely manner.

We build and host all of our clients’ websites on our own cloud-based platform dedicated to WordPress websites. The client dashboard is not cPanel but is nonetheless very user-friendly. You’re free to host your website anywhere however, we’ve brokered an exceptional rate for our clients that is difficult to beat.
Additional expenses you’ll be looking at are:
  1. Annual domain registration
  2. Monthly website hosting
  3. Monthly email hosting (all cloud-based websites require a separate email server, which we set up for you)
  4. Whatever web traffic usage your website incurs (potentially affects hosting plan + integrations like Google Maps)
  5. Optionally, but highly recommended, is an annual security plan for your website (think, home insurance)
