Every website build is subject to our project timeline and will be assigned any one of our expert website engineers. You will be able to communicate directly with your assigned engineer as well as a project manager.
We are currently booking projects 3-4 weeks in advance. If you’re interested in working with us, I recommend that you start the booking process as soon as possible, or book a call to learn if your project is something that we can handle.
We strive to complete a website build as soon as possible (so we can work through our queue). A lot depends on how soon a client is able to provide content and make themselves available to proof regular updates. To facilitate more efficient communication, we encourage all of our clients to participate in our “live” design process. In most cases, your website can be completed within 2-3 weeks when using this process.
We build and host client websites on one of two hosting platforms, depending on client preference: shared or cloud hosting. You’re free to host your website anywhere however, we’ve brokered very reasonable terms for our clients that is difficult to beat.
We rely on our clients to provide content, as well as be available to proof various design stages in a timely manner. We facilitate this two-way process with our “live” design software from which you can easily provide realtime feedback on the working site as well as drag content directly into the workspace. This is also how we communicate directly with our clients throughout the life of the project.

Pricing varies greatly from project to project, depending on the level of functionality required and the amount of content provided. For a basic CRM package, you’re looking in the $3-5k range (not including content development) depending on the required integrations. We probably aren’t the right partners for projects with less than a $3k budget.

We use a subscription model for the majority of our projects where you pay a small monthly fee for 24 months. When the website is paid for in full, you become the sole manager, and owner. The first payment will include two months, effectively reducing your subscription to 23 months.
During the entirety of your subscription, you have full functionality of your website including any revenue it generates (which is why a subscription is an equitable way to obtain an online presence: your website has the potential to pay for your subscription)!
In the event of an unsuccessful payment, we put your website into “maintenance mode,” rendering your site inoperative until payments are resumed. When you resume your payments, we extend the 24-month period accordingly.
Subscriptions
If you decide within 30 days that you don’t want or need your website, just tell us and we’ll get the ball rolling to refund your first payment. No conversation needed, just a simple web form. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours. Be aware that after day-30, all payments are non-refundable. However, you can still cancel your subscription.
Single Payment Contract
We’ll refund every penny as long as your request falls within 30 days.
If you request a refund AFTER 30 days, we return all but $500 (the cost of building and hosting the site).
