Can I pay for my website in one payment?
Yes. Subscriptions are just our way of removing the financial barrier to getting your business online. You have the option to select a 1-time payment or a subscription, during the checkout process.
How does pricing work, exactly?
Like any subscription model – you paying a small monthly fee for 24 months, after which, the website is paid for in full and you become the sole manager, and owner.
During the entirety of your subscription, you have full functionality of your website including any revenue it generates (which is why a subscription is an equitable way to obtain an online presence: your website has the potential to pay for your subscription)!
How does your guarantee work?
Subscriptions
If you decide within 30 days that you don’t want or need your website, just tell us and we’ll get the ball rolling to refund your first payment. No conversation needed, just a simple web form. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours. Be aware that after day-30, all payments are non-refundable. However, you can still cancel your subscription.
Single Payment Contract
We’ll refund every penny as long as your request falls within 30 days.
If you request a refund AFTER 30 days, we return all but $500 (the cost of building and hosting the site).

When do I "own" my website?
As soon as that last payment is successfully processed. You can either delete us as an administrator or keep us on if you want us to maintain your website via a retainer (yes, this is another subscription but it can be cancelled anytime).
Active clients receive discounted hosting fees should they keep their hosting account.
What are the "hidden" fees?
What you see on our pricing page is the full price for each package. Hosting fees are included during the length of your subscription, after which you’ll incur ongoing hosting fees (active clients receive discounted hosting fees should they keep their hosting account with us).
Additional fees include
- Domain registration (~$13/year)
- Optional features are reduced by 10% for clients
What happens if I miss a payment?
In the event of an unsuccessful payment, we put your website into “maintenance mode,” rendering your site inoperative until payments are resumed. When you resume your payments, we extend the 24-month period accordingly.
How long does it take to build my website?
Depending on the complexity and the speed with which we receive your information, it can take anywhere from 10-30 days. It’s not uncommon to complete a website build within 2 weeks, especially if you purchase one of our website packages.
Be aware that timelines are greatly reduced when clients participate in our “live design” process where you can see the progress and approve the different stages as we go. At the end of the day, the primary factor in completing a website is directly tied to client interaction.
Do you provide the content?
The only content that is provided at no-charge is what is included in the website packages. Additional copy and all graphics is an extra expense. We strive to keep this extra expense very manageable but it all depends on whether you require research and/or custom graphics.
How much extra would it cost for a custom website?
If you require something that isn’t offered in our website packages or addon options, there’s a good chance we can do it but of course, this requires a conversation. And if we can’t build what you need for some reason, we can refer you to someone who can. Vague, I know.
