The focus of this fully responsive real estate demo site is on search filters and custom post types with unique meta data fields that are used to dynamically populate the addition of new property listings.
For example, the Property Type in the menu is populated dynamically by category. Likewise, agent listing are dynamically populated by their assignment to new property listings.
Optional elements that are easily added (but involve proprietary data) include: 360VR tours, IDX integration, and the ability for agents to login to their account to add new property listings.
Other features that can be easily added include a blog and mortgage calculators. Adding a blog would keep the site “fresh” with dynamic content that Google uses to index websites, and the calculator would give visitors a reason to spend more time on the site (a valuable ranking factor) and/or return to use it when they check for new properties.
An optin form serves as a lead generator (but can be customized for more effective engagement.
The design is primarily governed by content (not a template).
